We are convinced the missing piece in the AI-assisted era is not smarter prompts or bigger models — it is persistent memory, structural certainty, and software that does not lose its mind every session.
We do not raise. We do not pre-announce. We do not ship work we cannot reason about end-to-end. The product is the artifact. The artifact is what gets all of our attention.

AI-native, locally-run.
Our products run on the user's machine. No telemetry. No vendor cloud. The user owns the compute, the data, the latency.

Structural certainty.
Real parsers, real graphs, real symbol resolution — not regex luck. The AI gets a sharper answer because we did the structural work first.

Audited before shipped.
Security, performance, accessibility, reliability — every product passes a multi-axis audit before release. No betas dressed up as releases.
iv.
Apply-with-rollback.
Every update lands with a post-swap health check. If the new build does not pass, the old build comes back automatically. No one-way doors.

Built to last.
Quarters are noise. We measure in years. Each product gets the time it takes and stays maintained after it ships.
vi.
personal-use, distributed openly.
The source is not public; the product is. Install commands, docs, and binaries are public. The artifact is the deliverable.
